BTF1100 waterborne inorganic zinc rich primer
Product introduction
This product is a two-component, silicate and modified resin and additives for zinc as the first component, the second component. The characteristics of water soluble inorganic zinc rich primer is with cathodic protection, especially excellent anti-corrosion properties; fast drying, good water resistance and solvent resistance; high temperature of 400 DEG C, and has antistatic property, in favor of electric welding cutting; using water as solvent, zero VOC, is a kind of environmentally friendly paint.
Use
Due to its fast drying and antirust ability, it can be used in the assembly line operation, and can be used as a pre coating primer, and can also be used for long-term corrosion protection of steel components under high temperature environment.

Coating interval: as above primer film thickness up to 75 m, general 30min after re coating; coating organic topcoat should be completely dry and then painted.
After matching: with polyurethane and epoxy coating composition in supporting, after the paint should not contain zinc and reactive substances, not with alkyd paint and acid vinyl topcoat.
Storage period
Sealed in 5 to 35 degrees, cool and dry place, for 6 months.

Remarks：
Surface treatment: dust, net substrate surface oil, rust and other impurities, rust grade Sa2.5, roughness 40 ~ 50 m;
Construction method: before use, with the power of agitator in the first component, mixing process of group B will not slow to join, the first points to group B in addition, in order to prevent caking;
By spraying, before the construction of the two components mixture, stirring evenly, side by side up, to prevent the deposition of zinc powder.
